Program of the activities:

AFTERNOON AND EVENING (18.00 – 22:00)

  • Welcome to Cavaglioni Farm and a brief tour of our historic cellar with an introduction to the techniques of natural wine production.
  • Introduction to wine tasting techniques:  Your class begins at our Wine Shop and Bar, with an introduction to understanding wines, particularly focused on the world of natural wines
  • Guided tasting of some of our wines, accompanied by traditional appetizer “pane e prosciutto”. A mix between technique tasting and traditional family “merenda”
  • Cooking class about the preparation of all the dishes of the following dinner with Chef Gregorio Galli and and his team
  • Dinner: your hand made pasta, a Main course and Dessert with a wine pairing with the natural wines of Palazzo di Piero and Cavaglioni farm, created by Gregorio Galli

Where to sleep: the best place to sleep is in our B&B at Cavaglioni Mansion, just in front of Ocio Giulivo, where the class will be held

Class location: in the countryside then at L’Ocio Giulivo Agri Restaurant

Language: english or italian depending on class composition

Who it is suitable for: People of legal drinking age (16 in Italy) who enjoy wine and good food.

Groups: Minimum 2 people, Max 10 people; the class group can be formed with other students

Cancellation policy: you will pay 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event, otherwise all the amount will be refunded, except credit card expenses
